Fitch rates EPH notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned EPH Financing International, as' €500 million of senior unsecured notes, guaranteed by Energeticky a prumyslovy holding, as (EPH), an expected BBB- rating.

The agency said it also affirmed EPH's long-term issuer default rating at BBB- with a stable outlook.

“The proposed notes' senior unsecured rating is aligned with EPH's long-term IDR, as in our forecast, we expect prior-ranking debt to always represent less than 1.4x of the proportionate or consolidated2023-2026 EBITDA,” Fitch said in a press release.
