OeKB offers $1 billion notes due 2026; initial talk SOFR mid-swaps plus 33 bps area

Los Angeles, Oct. 17 – Osterreichische Kontrollbank AG is offering $1 billion of no-grow global notes due Oct. 23, 2026, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 33 basis points area.

BofA, Barclays, JPMorgan and TD are the bookrunners.

Vienna-based OeKB provides financial and information services to Austria’s export industry and the capital markets.
