Zymergen’s Chapter 11 plan accepted by general unsecured creditors

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 31 – Zymergen Inc.’s Chapter 11 plan of liquidation was accepted by the general unsecured creditor class, according to a tabulation summary filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, all 14 voting holders of $32.56 million of general unsecured creditors voted to accept the plan.

The plan confirmation hearing is scheduled for Feb. 2.

The Emeryville, Calif.-based biotech company filed bankruptcy on Oct. 3 under Chapter 11 case number 23-11661.
