New Issue: Oman Arab Bank issues OMR 50 million of tier 1 bonds

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 17 – Oman Arab Bank SAOG issued OMR 50 million of subordinated perpetual additional tier 1 capital instruments on a private placement basis, according to a notice.

This includes a greenshoe of OMR 10 million, which was exercised.

The bonds will bear interest at 7% for the first five years.

They will be listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange.

The lender is based in Muscat, Oman.
