Oman Arab Bank calls 7½% perpetual subordinated bonds at par

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 14 – Oman Arab Bank SAOG issued an irrevocable notice of redemption for its 7½% perpetual subordinated bonds (ISIN: OM0000006805) under a call option, according to an announcement.

The bonds, which were issued Oct. 17, 2018 for OMR 42,553,000, or $110.53 million, are being redeemed at par plus interest on Oct. 17.

The lender is based in Muscat, Oman.
