Off Lease Only’s official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 21 – Off Lease Only’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The members are Spirit Realty, LP, based in Dallas, Dent Wizard International LLC, based in Bridgeton, Mo., Norman & Co., Inc., based in Tampa, Fla., Ocean Detailing USA Mgmt., based in Jupiter, Fla., and Out Front Media LLC, based in Fairfield, N.J.
Off Lease Only is an auto retailer based in West Palm Beach, Fla. The company filed bankruptcy on Sept. 7 under Chapter 11 case number 23-11388.
