Casella Waste Systems to hit the road Monday with $150 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, Mo., July 11 - Casella Waste Systems, Inc. will start roadshowing on Monday its offering of $150 million senior subordinated notes due 2012 (B3/B), according to a syndicate source. The deal figures to price on July 23.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the bookrunner. Fleet Securities and Banc of America Securities are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be use to repay borrowings outstanding under Casella Waste Systems' senior secured credit facility.

The issuer is a Rutland, Vt.-based waste disposal service.
