Dexus lowers exchange price on 3.5% exchangeable notes due 2027

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 14 – Dexus announced that the exchange price on the A$500 million of 3.5% guaranteed exchangeable notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS2487637527) was lowered.

The issuer on the notes is Dexus Finance Pty Ltd.

The new conversion price is A$8.8449, effective Feb. 14. The previous exchange price was A$9.1622.

The change is the result of a distribution of A$0.267 payable on Feb. 29 to stapled securityholders of record as of Dec. 29.

Dexus is an Australasian fully integrated real asset group.
