Nashville Senior Care’s official unsecured creditors committee formed

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 31 – Nashville Senior Care, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Middle District of Tennessee.

The members are Quality Care Rehab, based in Homosassa, Fla., Gordon Food Service, Inc., based in Wyoming, Mich., Functional Pathways of Tennessee, LLC, based in Knoxville, Tenn., Skilled Care Pharmacy LLC, based in Mason, Ohio, Consolidated Staffing, Inc., based in Nashville, Tenn., Triumph Staffing, LLC, based in Nashville, Tenn., and Associated Pathologists LLC, based in Brentwood, Tenn.

The Hermitage, Tenn.-based senior care company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 14 under Chapter 11 case number 23-02924.
