Chicago, March 5 – Shaftesbury Capital plc announced that there will be an impact on the £275 million of 2% secured exchangeable bonds due 2026 (ISIN: XS2262952679) as a result of a final dividend announced for shareholders in the amount of £0.0165 per Shaftesbury Capital share, according to a notice.

Bondholders are being informed that the amount of the capital distribution will be included as part of the exchange property.

The adjustment is expected to be effective on May 31. A notice with a further update will be issued on May 31 with specific details.

The issuer also noted that it is not electing to issue a purchase election notice.
