Headspace closes $105 million senior facility with Oxford Finance

Lexington, Ky., July 26 – Headspace closed on a $105 million senior facility with Oxford Finance, according to a press release.

Proceeds will be used to further support the expansion of Headspace's mental health platform.

Armentum Partners served as financial adviser to Headspace on the transaction.

Santa Monica, Calif.-based Headspace is a company that specializes in meditation.
