Chicago, July 6 – Mainbridge Percentile Ltd. issued an $800 million 10-year Africa-related bond offering, according to a press release.
The bonds will support Mainbridge’s limited partnership commitment for an upcoming African infrastructure fund.
Proceeds will focus on companies and projects supporting physical and socioeconomic infrastructure across renewables, agriculture, ports and logistics, energy and technology sectors.
The bonds will be listed in Frankfurt.
The issuer is based in London.
