S&P rates Carrolton-Farmers I.S.D., Texas, bonds AAA

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AAA enhanced program rating and AA issuer credit rating to Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District, Texas' $58.865 million of series 2008 unlimited-tax school building and refunding bonds.

At the same time, Moody's said it affirmed the AA underlying rating, AAA enhanced program rating and AA issuer credit rating on the district's existing general obligation debt.

The outlook is stable.
