Friendship Village of Schaumburg sees $1.76 million January net loss

Olympia, Wash., March 13 – Evangelical Retirement Homes of Greater Chicago, Inc., which does business as Friendship Village of Schaumburg, reported a $1.76 million net loss for January on negative $11,407 gross income, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
The cash balance at the end of the month was $71.35 million.
The Schaumburg, Ill.-based retirement community filed bankruptcy on June 9, 2023 under Chapter 11 case number 23-07541.
