Hungary’s MVM selects bookrunners for green dollar-denominated notes

Columbus, Ohio, May 30 – Hungary’s MVM Energy Ltd. selected bookrunners to organize a series of fixed-income investor calls for a proposed dollar-denominated offering of green senior notes, according to a notice.

The investor meetings were set to begin Tuesday.

The company’s benchmark-sized inaugural offering of green notes (expected: BBB-/BBB) is expected to have a tenor of five years.

BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan are joint global coordinators and bookrunners, and Bank of China, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, ING Bank and Raiffeisen Bank International are joint bookrunners of the Regulation S offering, which is subject to market conditions. BNP was the environmental and social governance structuring agent on the establishment of the group’s green financing framework.
