Kidde-Fenwal reports $29.26 million net loss for December

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 31 – Kidde-Fenwal, Inc. reported a $29.26 million net loss for December on $17.38 million of gross income/sales, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The cash balance at the end of December was $137.45 million.

The industrial fire detection and suppression company is based in Ashland, Mass. The company filed bankruptcy on May 14, 2023 under Chapter 11 case number is 23-10638.
