Chicago, May 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $250,000 of callable contingent coupon equity linked securities due Jan. 26, 2024 linked to the common stock of ConocoPhillips, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 14% paid quarterly if the stock closes at or above its 66.7% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The securities may be called starting April 24, 2023 at par on any subsequent quarterly review date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the stock ends at or above its 66.7% final barrier. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
