Fitch assigns Emerald JV BB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BB issuer default rating to Emerald JV Holdings LP with a stable outlook, which now files the financial statements for Emrld Borrower LP (Copeland).

The agency also affirmed Copeland’s BB IDR, asset-based lending revolver at BBB-/RR1 and senior secured notes at BB+/RR2.

The stable outlook reflects Copeland’s stable outlook.
