Fitch gives BBB to Fortune Brands notes

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB rating to Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc.'s (formerly Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.) senior unsecured notes offering.

Fitch affirmed Fortune’s BBB ratings on Nov. 16, 2022.

The company intends to use the proceeds to effectively refinance its $600 million of 4% unsecured notes due September 2023 and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
