Frontera Energy releases Guyana units as guarantors of 2028 notes

Columbus, Ohio, April 11 – Frontera Energy Corp. released Frontera Energy Guyana Holding Ltd. and Frontera Energy Guyana Corp. as guarantors of its 7 7/8% senior notes due 2028, according to a press release.

The company said that Frontera Energy Colombia AG will remain the sole guarantor of the notes.

Frontera is a Toronto-based explorer and producer of crude oil and natural gas.
