HIME mandates bookrunners ahead of €300 million offering of sustainability-linked bonds

By Mary-Katherine Stinson

Lexington, Ky., March 29 – HIME SAS mandated bookrunners to arrange meetings with fixed income investors ahead of an expected €300 million (no grow) four-year sustainability-linked bond offering (BBB-/BBB-), pending market conditions, according to a notice.

BNP Paribas, HSBC and Morgan Stanley are working as joint bookrunners.

HSBC is coordinator for roadshow logistics.

Meetings were expected to start March 29.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of HIME’s existing senior facilities, under which some of the joint bookrunners participate as lenders.

The new Regulation S notes will be issued in accordance with the company’s sustainability-linked finance framework dated September 2021 and will be listed on the Dublin Stock Exchange.
