Carlyle Global Market CLO 2016-2 to redeem four classes secured notes

Morgantown, W.Va., June 25 – Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO 2016-2, Ltd./Carlyle Global Market Strategies CLO 2016-2, LLC will redeem four classes of their secured notes on July 16, according to a notice.

Carlyle will redeem the following at par plus accrued interest:

• $310 million of class A-1 notes;

• $55 million of class A-2a notes;

• $15 million of class A-2b notes; and

• $16 million of class D-2 notes.

Carlyle CLO Management LLC is the collateral manager.
