Moody's moves GreenSaif view to positive

Moody’s Investors Service said it revised its outlook for GreenSaif Pipelines Bidco Sarl and TMS Issuer Sarl to positive from stable and affirmed the ratings on their bonds and senior secured sukuk certificates.

The positive outlook and affirmations follow similar actions on Saudi Arabian Oil Co. on Thursday, Moody’s said.

“The rating actions on GreenSaif Pipelines and TMS Issuer reflect that each issuer's rating is currently constrained by the rating of Saudi Aramco,” the agency said in a press release.
