South Dakota Soybean amends revolver, reduces to $75 million

Lexington, Ky., Feb. 1 – South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC, entered an amended and restated revolving credit promissory note on Jan. 31 with lender CoBank, ACB, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Under the restated seasonal note, the principal amount that the agricultural producers may borrow is decreased to $75 million from $85 million until the loan matures on Dec. 1, 2023.

The Volga, S.D.-based value-added limited liability company of agricultural producers focuses on adding value to soybeans.
