H2-Brands files Chapter 11 bankruptcy with up to $100 million in debt

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 30 – Nova Wildcat Shur-Line Holdings, Inc., doing business as H2-Brands, filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Sunday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In its petition, the company lists up to 49 creditors, $10 million to $50 million in assets, and $50 million to $100 million in liabilities.

Its largest unsecured creditors are Jiangsu Shihua, based in Nanjing, China, with a $5.79 million trade debt claim, Wuxi Bote Electrical Apparatus Co. Ltd., based in Jiangsu, China, with a $4.16 million trade debt claim, Cixi Xinxiuli Electrical Appliances Co., based in Zhejiang, China, with a $3.11 million trade debt claim, Pakwell-China, based in Zhongshan, China, with a $2.89 million trade debt claim, Shanghai Xiaobang Household Products, based in Songjiang, China, with a $1.91 million trade debt claim, Techxin Electric Appliance Manufacture, based in Guangdong, China, with a $1.75 million trade debt claim, and Taurus America, SA de CV, based in Mexico City, with a $1.75 million trade debt claim.

H2 Brands is a Cranbury, N.J.-based home and hardware products company. It filed bankruptcy under Chapter 11 case number 23-10114.
