H2-Brands closes $27.1 million sale of assets to Gordon Brothers

Olympia, Wash., April 3 – Nova Wildcat Shur-Line Holdings, Inc., doing business as H2-Brands, closed the sale of its assets for $27.1 million to stalking horse bidder Gordon Brothers Commercial & Industrial, LLC on behalf of its joint venture with Nations Capital, Inc., according to a notice filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The sale closed on March 28.
As previously reported, the company didn’t receive any other qualified bids by the deadline.
H2 Brands is a Cranbury, N.J.-based home and hardware products company. It filed bankruptcy on Jan. 29 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10114.
