Genesis Global’s disclosure statement hearing moved again

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 10 – Genesis Global Holdco, LLC’s hearing on approval of the disclosure statement has been moved again, now to Sept. 6, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The hearing has been extended several times. Objections are now due by Aug. 28.

The company has been mediating issues related to its Chapter 11 plan since April.

Genesis Global is a New York-based cryptocurrency lender. The company filed bankruptcy on Jan. 19, 2023 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10063.
