Lexington, Ky., Jan. 19 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd., Sydney Branch sold A$500 million floating-rate notes due Jan. 19, 2026, according to a listing notice.

Listing for the notes is expected on the Singapore Exchange effective Jan. 20.
