WC Braker reports $4.04 million net loss for January

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 28 – WC Braker Portfolio, LLC and WC Braker Portfolio B, LLC reported a $4.04 million net loss on $765,386 of gross income/sales for January, according to its monthly operating report filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.

The cash balance at the end of the month was $7.25 million.

World Class Property is a real estate investment company based in Austin, Tex. WC Braker filed bankruptcy on May 2, 2022 under Chapter 11 case number 22-10293.
