Medly Health trustee appoints committee of unsecured creditors

Chicago, Dec. 21 – Medly Health Inc.’s case has a committee of unsecured creditors as of Wednesday, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Regions 3 and 9 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara assigned Todd Bell of Cardinal Health 110, LLC, Alexander Robinson, Esq. from Workay Inc., Denise Savaria from Uniweb, Inc., Craig Lydigsen from Nestle USA, Inc. and James Sinkoff from SunRiver Health.

The Boulder. Colo.-based pharmacy company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy under case number 22-11257.
