Goldentree Asset Management sells 251,652 shares of Care Investment Trust

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 24 - Investors led by Goldentree Asset Management LP own 27.17% of Care Investment Trust Inc. following the sale of 251,652 shares between Oct. 14 and Oct. 24.

The shares were priced from $9.4188 to $11.6117 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Goldentree beneficially owns 5,708,149 shares of the New York real estate investment trust.
