New Issue: Eurobank Ergasias sells €300 million 10¼% notes at 99.058

Lexington, Ky., Dec. 1 – Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings SA priced €300 million of 10-year non-callable five-year notes, according to a notice.

The 10¼% notes sold at 99.058.

J.P. Morgan SE, Barclays, BofA Securities and Morgan Stanley are listed as bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg exchange.

The financial company is based in Athens.
