Ornex accepts €8.6 million from offer for DTEK Renewables 8½% notes

Chicago, Dec. 14 – Ornex Ltd. announced the results of its offer for holders of DTEK Renewables Finance BV’s €325 million 8½% senior notes due 2024 (ISINs: XS2069980246, XS2070013250) to tender their notes for purchase under an unmodified Dutch auction for a total tender consideration of up to €20 million.

The company said it was accepting €8.6 million of the notes.

Since the tender offer was being conducted as an unmodified Dutch auction, noteholders will receive different prices based on the amount they specified.

The highest price paid was €300 per €1,000 note. The bid range was €10 to €300 per note.

The total amount that will be paid to noteholders is €2,582,647.20.

The effective date is expected on Dec. 16.

The extended expiration time was 11 a.m. ET on Dec. 9, pushed back from the same time on Dec. 1.

The issuer is a Netherlands-based special purpose entity of the Ukraine-based energy holding company DTEK.
