Emeria starts roadshow for €400 million five-year secured notes

Portland, Ore., Jan. 26 – Emeria SASU started a roadshow on Thursday for a €400 million offering of five-year senior secured notes, according to market sources.

The roadshow is set to run through Monday.

Global coordinator and physical bookrunner Deutsche Bank will bill and deliver. BNP Paribas is also a global coordinator and physical bookrunner.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

The France-based property management company plans to use the proceeds to fund cash to its balance sheet.
