New Issue: Heze City issues $121 million 7.2% guaranteed notes due 2023
Chicago, Nov. 11 – Heze City Investment Holdings International Co., Ltd. issued $121 million of 7.2% guaranteed notes due 2023 at par, according to an offering document.
The notes are guaranteed by Heze City Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd.
China International Capital Corp. and Zhongtai International were the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
SDG Securities (HK), Dongxing Securities (Hong Kong), China Credit International Securities and Huatai International joined as joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
The group is a key developer in Heze responsible for the construction and engineering of urban infrastructure projects.
