ZetaDisplay sets investor meetings to explore refinancing bonds

Chicago, Nov. 7 – ZetaDisplay AB has mandated ABG Sundal Collier AB as arranger for a series of fixed-income meetings starting on Tuesday for a potential issue of SEK-denominated senior secured callable floating-rate bonds, according to a press release.

The issue size will be up to SEK 400 million with a tenor of four years, subject to market conditions.

The company is exploring pricing the bonds so that it can redeem its bonds that are due on March 20, 2023.

Alternatives to handling the maturity of the existing unsecured bonds are being explored.

In connection with the new issue, existing holders of the bonds due 2023 may be offered an opportunity to exchange into the new issue.

If the new issue is successful, the existing bonds will be called on their first par call date in December.

ZetaDisplay, based in Stockholm, is a supplier of digital signage to large retail chains.
