Valuence Japan will issue ¥1 billion bonds for decarbonization

Chicago, Oct. 31 – Valuence Japan Inc. will issue ¥1 billion of bonds for decarbonization, according to a press release.

MUFG Bank, Ltd. is underwriting the bonds.

The bonds make use of the decarbonization promotion support program tool developed by MUFG and Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting Co., Ltd. to diagnose initiatives and provide solutions related to decarbonization.

Valuence Japan purchases unneeded items from general customers, and then passes these items on to the next person who wants the product. Based in Tokyo, the issuer is part of the Valuence Holdings, Inc. group.
