New Issue: Citigroup sells $200,000 market-linked notes on Fidelity Multifactor Yield

Chicago, Oct. 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $200,000 of 0% market-linked notes due Feb. 26, 2027 linked to the Fidelity Multifactor Yield index 3.5% ER, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain in addition to the minimum return amount of $25 for each $1,000 note. Otherwise, investors will receive the minimum return amount only.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
