France’s iQera plans to offer new-money floating-rate notes due 2027

Chicago, Jan. 17 – iQera Group SAS announced that it plans to offer new floating-rate notes due 2027, according to announcements.

The new-money notes will be fungible with notes that are being offered in exchange for three of the company’s existing notes that are also subject to a concurrent tender offer.

The company plans to issue a total of at least €425 million of the floating-rate notes, either through exchange or sale, with the sale possibly only allocating to tendering noteholders.

The notes will be Regulation S.

iQera is a Paris-based debt collector.
