OPEC Fund talks three-year notes at SOFR mid-swaps plus low 80s area

Chicago, Jan. 30 – OPEC Fund for International Development is talking a new offering of notes at SOFR mid-swaps plus the low 80 basis points area, according to a source.

The three-year Rule 144A and Regulation S notes will be dollar-denominated.

BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Nomura are bookrunners.

The OPEC Fund for International Development is the intergovernmental development finance institution established in 1976 by the member states of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC. Headquarters are in Vienna.
