OPEC Fund to price $500 million three-year sustainability notes; initial price talk emerges

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 18 – OPEC Fund for International Development intends to price a $500 million offering of sustainability notes due Jan. 26, 2026, according to information from a market source.

As previously reported, investor calls were held Oct. 18.

Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs, Nomura and TD Securities are the arrangers on the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Initial talk is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 95 basis points to 100 bps area.

The OPEC Fund for International Development is the intergovernmental development finance institution established in 1976 by the member states of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC. Headquarters are in Vienna.
