OPEC Fund to hold investor calls for three-year sustainability note offering

Lexington, Ky., Oct. 18 – OPEC Fund for International Development will hold global fixed-income investor calls for a three-year dollar-denominated sustainability note offering, according to a market source.

Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs, Nomura and TD Securities are the arrangers on the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The OPEC Fund for International Development is the intergovernmental development finance institution established in 1976 by the member states of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC. Headquarters are in Vienna.
