Spain’s Madrilena Red de Gas moves to redeem 4.5% notes due 2023

Chicago, Oct. 13 – Madrilena Red de Gas Finance, BV notified holders of its outstanding €275 million 4.5% notes due December 2023 that the company will be redeeming the notes on Nov. 14, according to a notice.

The notes are guaranteed by Madrilena Red de Gas, SAU.

Pricing for the make-whole redemption will take place on Nov. 10.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the calculation agent.

The issuer is a Madrid-based natural gas distribution company.
