VPX Sports official committee of unsecured creditors expanded
Chicago, Nov. 23 – Vital Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which does business as VPX Sports, had its official committee of unsecured creditors reconstituted and expanded, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
The previously announced members are Clint E. Pyle for Stellar Group, Inc., based in Jacksonville, Fla., Mark H. Speiser for Archer Daniels Midland Co., based in Decatur, Ill., Douglas Potvin for Trinity Logistics, Inc., based in Seaford, Del., Curt Rothlisberger for Ardagh Metal Packaging USA Corp., based in Chicago, Ron Cenderelli for Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc., based in Yardley, Pa., Marshall J. Wells for QuikTrip Corp., based in Tulsa, Okla., and Stephanie Penninger for XPO Logistics, LLC, based in Charlotte, N.C.
Adding to those seven members are the following four new members: Matt Blum for Warner Music Group Corp., based in Nashville, W. Conrad Ragan for PepsiCo., Inc., based in Winston-Salem, N.C., Stephen Cole for American Bottling Co., Inc., based in Frisco, Tex. And Peter Fischer for Harvath Law Group, LLC, based in Webster Grove, Mo.
The Pembroke Pines, Fla.-based maker of Bang energy drinks and other products filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Oct. 10 under case number 22-17842.
