Inetum prices €343.4 million add-on term loan B at 91.5 OID

New York, Jan. 19 – Inetum (Granite France Bidco) priced on Thursday a fungible €343.4 million add-on covenant-lite first-lien term loan B (B2/B) due October 2028 with an original issue discount of 91.5, according to a market source.

Pricing on the add-on term loan is Euribor plus 500 basis points with a 0% floor, in line with existing term loan B pricing.

BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse are the physical bookrunners on the deal. Credit Agricole, Goldman Sachs, Macquarie, Societe Generale, UniCredit, RBI and BBVA are bookrunners. BNP Paribas is the agent.

Proceeds were used to partially repay the company’s term loan A.

With this transaction, the term loan B is sized at €943.4 million.

Bain Capital is the sponsor.
