Zurich Finance calls all £450 million undated subordinated notes

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 6 – Zurich Finance (UK) plc called all outstanding £450 million undated subordinated notes (ISIN: XS0177600920) guaranteed by Zurich Insurance Co., according to a redemption notice.

The notes will be redeemed on Oct. 2 at the optional redemption amount set out in the pricing supplement.

The notes will be canceled on the redemption date.

Swindon, U.K.-based Zurich Finance (UK) is part of the Zurich Insurance Group, an insurance company headquartered in Zurich.
