Tremor International rebrands as Nexxen International

Chicago, June 12 – Tremor International Ltd. is rebranding as Nexxen International Ltd., subject to a shareholder vote at its next annual general meeting.

The company is an Israel-based provider of an end-to-end technology advertising platform, operating across three core capabilities – Video, Data and CTV. Amobee is an advertising platform.
