Theramex sets Tuesday lender call for €240 million add-on term loan due August 2029

Portland, Ore., Sept. 25 – Theramex plans to launch a Stars UK Bidco Ltd. €240 million fungible covenant lite term loan B add-on due August 2029 (B2/B) on a lender call scheduled for 3:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The deal comes with a 525 basis points spread to Euribor, and no Euribor floor. The issue price remains to be determined.

Commitments are due Oct. 3.

HSBC, Jefferies and Mizuho are the joint physical bookrunners. Kroll is the agent.

Proceeds will be used to finance two bolt-on acquisitions.

Theramex is a London-based pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health products.

The add-on would increase the size of the loan outstanding to €790 million.
