New Issue: Region Ile-de-France sells €800 million 3.2% sustainable bonds due 2034

Chicago, Jan. 24 – Region Ile-de-France priced €800 million of 3.2% senior sustainable bonds due May 25, 2034 (Aa2//AA-) on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The deal priced at 99.789 to yield 3.222%, or at OATs plus 36 basis points. Books opened with guidance in the 39 bps area.

BofA (billing and delivery), BNP Paribas, JPMorgan and Societe Generale were the joint lead managers.

Proceeds will be used for eligible projects under the issuer’s green, social and sustainable bond framework with 90% of the funds allocated for green projects.

The bonds will be listed in Paris.
