Interactions gets $50 million senior secured term loan via Runway

Los Angeles, June 29 – Interactions closed a $50 million senior secured term loan from Runway Growth Capital LLC, according to a press release.

The capital will be used to refinance existing debt and provide growth and working capital.

Based in Franklin, Mass., Interactions provides intelligent virtual assistants that assimilate conversational AI and human understanding to enable businesses to engage with customers.
